SHIPPING POLICIES
Harding's Clocks will ship your merchandise for free in the continental United States. To obtain shipping rates to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us by email or phone. Your order will normally ship within 2 to 3 business days if the item is in stock. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for delivery. Delivery date is scheduled by the carrier (i.e. FedEx, UPS) and cannot be guaranteed by Harding's. However, if you do not receive your merchandise in 14 business days please contact Hardings and we will trace your order.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
You may place an overnight, 2nd or 3rd day order via FedEx or UPS by specifying your shipping method on the order form. Your charge for express shipping will be displayed in the shopping cart. You may obtain prices for express delivery to locations other than the contiguous 48 states by email or by phone.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, you must email or telephone Harding's Clocks within 4 days of delivery. You will not be charged for pick up and replacement of your merchandise, if the item is returned in the item in the original package with the original shipping label affixed to the packaging. In the event that you are unable to locate the original package and/or shipping label, we will be unable to accept this item for return.
RETURN POLICY
You may return or exchange your merchandise within 30 days from the date on your invoice. We regret that we cannot accept returns on items shipped outside of the United States.
We restock all returned items free of charge.
Shipping fees to you are included in the price of your merchandise; therefore we will refund the price of the merchandise less shipping and handling fees once we receive the item in its original condition and packaging. You will pay any shipping fees incurred in shipping your item to you as well as shipping fees to return the product to us.
All returned items must be in their original condition and packed in the original packaging. Additionally, all documentation warranty cards, manuals and accessories must be included with the merchandise.
All returns must have an authorized return merchandise authorization number (RMA#). To request an RMA #, click here. We will email the original shipping and handling fees prior to issuing an RMA#. Upon acceptance of the returned merchandise in accordance with the above-mentioned conditions, an RMA# will be emailed to you along with a return address. Returned items must be sent to the address provided with the RMA# and will not be accepted at any other location.
Once you have been issued an RMA#, you must return the merchandise within 8 business days.
You will be responsible for express shipping fees on all returned items.
Returned items must be sent via UPS or FedEx.
All returned items must be insured with the carrier. Harding's Clocks will not be responsible for uninsured items that are lost or damaged. If we receive merchandise that has been damaged, we will be unable to process a refund. You must claim the shipping damage from the carrier.
We will not be able to accept returns on the following items: items without an RMA#, engraved items, or 6 or more of the same item. Hardings reserves the right to refuse to return any item.

Please contact the manufacturer for detailed warranty information. Clock warranty service is provided through the manufacturer and their authorized service centers. Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost to US warranty service centers. Harding’s Clocks will assist you if you need contact information for the manufacturer.

Hermle Black Forest Clocks - 3 year warranty on grandfather clocks and a 2 year warranty on wall and mantel clocks.
